5. PH/NCC/SPORTS/EX-SER/EX-CUR/NSS/EWS (if any)
7. Aadhar Card (Student should link his/her Mobile number with his/her Aadhar Card &
Create DOST ID)
8. Migration Certificate for students who are not from TS & AP Boards.
