The filled-in application form with all enclosures should be sent to college address along with DD of Rs. 1000 drawn in favour of "Principal, IIMC, Hyderabad".

1. S.S.C. / X Certificate
2. Intermediate/ 10+2 Marks Memo
3. Transfer Certificate (Intermediate / 10+2)
4. Caste Certificate (SC/ST/BC-A,BC-B,BC-C,BC-D,BC-E); if any
5. PH/NCC/SPORTS/EX-SER/EX-CUR/NSS/EWS (if any)
6. Aadhar Card (Student should link his/her Mobile number with his/her Aadhar Card & Create DOST ID)
7. Migration Certificate for students who are not from TS & AP Boards.
Note: Mere submission of application does not guarantee a seat in IIMC.
